The National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru has cancelled the convocation ceremony for the 2026 graduating batch citing “unavoidable circumstances.” The university earlier on August 3 had sent an mail informing students that the ceremony was to take place on September 12, however, a notice dated August 27 has announced that the convocation has been called off.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued show cause notice to M/s Eduquity Career Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for lapses in the conduct of the AIAPGET examination at a center in Jaipur. Pending resolution of the notice, the empanelment of M/s Eduquity with NTA stands suspended with immediate effect, NTA in a post on X said.
