Students seeking verification of marks, obtaining photocopies of evaluated answer books, or applying for re-evaluation will now be able to access the designated portal from June 1, 2026.

The CBSE Class 12 re-evaluation window will open today on the official website – cbse.gov.in. Over 11 lakh answer book requests have been made by 4 lakh students so far. The students who wish to apply for re-evaluation can do so on the official website – cbse.gov.in.

Following reports of discrepancies in Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)’s On Screen Marking (OSM) evaluation system, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said, “I take responsibility for the discrepancies caused. These issues will be rectified and appropriate steps will be taken. I can assure students that no single query will go unanswered or unresolved.”

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 fee refund deadline extended, the candidates can apply for NEET fee refund on the official website – neet.nta.nic.in till June 22. “So far around 13 lakh candidates have updated their bank account details. In order to facilitate candidates who are yet to submit their bank account details, NTA has decided to extend the facility for submission of bank account details till June 22,” NTA notification mentioned.

The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) admit card 2026 has been released, the candidates can check and download JEECUP hall ticket on the official website – jeecup.admissions.nic.in. The JEECUP hall ticket login credentials are – application number, date of birth. The JEECUP is scheduled to be held from June 2 to 9 in two shifts; morning shift from 9 am to 12 pm, afternoon shift from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

CBSE denies security breach on evaluation portal OSM, calls viral claim misleading

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has rejected claims circulating on social media that its On Screen Marking (OSM) evaluation system was hacked. The Board said the allegations are based on misinformation and do not relate to the actual platform used for marking answer sheets.
