At least 89 killed, more than 700 wounded in Israel’s attacks on Lebanon: Lebanese Health Ministry

Lebanon’s health ministry on Wednesday said at least 89 people have been killed and 700 wounded in Israel’s midday strikes in Beirut. The development comes as Israeli strikes hit several dense commercial and residential areas in central Beirut without warning on Wednesday afternoon, hours after a ceasefire was announced in the US-Israeli war with Iran. Lebanon’s health ministry said at least 89 people were killed and 700 were wounded.

The approval has been given for a third and fourth line on the Bellary-Guntakal rail section. The project is planned under the PM-Gati Shakti National Master Plan, with a focus on enhancing multimodal connectivity and logistics efficiency through integrated planning and stakeholder consultations. This project will provide seamless connectivity for movement of people, goods, and services.
