Bihar is set to witness the second and final phase of voting for the 2025 Legislative Assembly elections on November 11, following an intense and high-octane and will determine the representatives for the remaining seats. Polling for the second phase will take place from 7 am to 5 pm across 122 assembly constituencies across 20 districts. Voters who will be waiting in the queue at 5 pm will be permitted to exercise their franchise. Counting of votes is scheduled for November 14, 2025, and the final verdict will ultimately decide who forms the next government in Bihar.
