Model Shraddha Dubey, an accused in the murder case of Lucknow businessman and cafe operator Shiva Sharma, has suffered a setback after a Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) court rejected her bail application on Friday. The court also dismissed the bail pleas of her sister, Rashmi Dubey, and driver Tanveer alias Danish. The court observed that the case was serious in nature and that the trial would be conducted by a sessions court. It said there were insufficient grounds to grant bail to the three accused at this stage. The decision comes days after Shraddha, Rashmi and Tanveer were arrested from an apartment in Nagpur and brought to Lucknow for further investigation.
