Mohan Yadav orders suspension of 8 police personnel, CSP’s removal after Gwalior tragedy

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has ordered the removal of a City Superintendent of Police (CSP) from his post and the suspension of eight other police personnel following alleged negligence in a truck accident near Sheetla Mata Temple in Gwalior that claimed 14 lives.

    Five killed as car loses control while avoiding potholes, crashes into state bus in Maharashtra’s Beed

    Five people, including an 11-year-old boy, were killed in a road accident in Maharashtra’s Beed district on Sunday morning after their car reportedly swerved to avoid potholes and collided with a state transport bus, police said. The accident took place around 11 am at Shindewadi Cross Road on the Khamgaon-Pandharpur National Highway in Majalgaon tehsil, around 55 km from the district headquarters, an official said.
