Delhi Metro services on Blue Line to be affected on April 19: Check changed timings

Passengers travelling on the Delhi Metro Blue Line should take note of a temporary change in services this Sunday (April 19). The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has announced that train operations will be affected on April 19 due to scheduled track maintenance work. According to DMRC, services between Indraprastha and Supreme Court Metro stations will remain disrupted for a brief period in the morning which may cause inconvenience to early commuters.

Israel launches heavy strikes in Gaza City, kills three including Hamas communication commander

Trump announces 10-day ceasefire between Lebanon and Israel

US President Donald Trump on Thursday (April 16) announced a 10-day ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon, saying both sides have agreed to halt hostilities in a bid to move toward lasting peace. In a post on Truth Social, Trump said he held “excellent conversations” with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, following which the two leaders agreed to formally begin the ceasefire at 5 pm EST on Thursday.
