Bihar Police arrest four for selling fake NEET-UG and other exam question papers

The Bihar Police have arrested four people accused of selling fake question papers of different exams, including the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, Undergraduate (NEET-UG), to candidates and their parents from Muzaffarpur district, a senior officer said on Sunday. These accused used to sell counterfeit question papers in exchange for large sums of money. Following the arrest of an accused in a similar case a few days ago, these four individuals were apprehended in Muzaffarpur based on information provided by him. The police said that the arrested individuals are currently being interrogated, and the investigation is ongoing.

Indian national dies due to medical complications aboard vessel off Oman coast; repatriation efforts underway

An Indian national serving aboard a commercial vessel docked at Duqm Port in Oman has died due to medical complications, with the Indian Embassy in Oman coordinating efforts to repatriate his mortal remains to India. Hyderabad woman dies after jumping from apartment building; six-month-old infant survives

A 37-year-old software professional died after allegedly jumping from the sixth floor of a residential apartment building in Hyderabad with her daughter. Her six-month-old daughter, who was with her at the time, survived the fall. Police said the woman suffered fatal injuries and died on the spot, while the infant escaped with minor injuries.
