Who will lead India if Shubman Gill, Shreyas Iyer are ruled out of ODI series against South Africa?

India Test captain Shubman Gill is unlikely to feature in the second Test against South Africa. Moreover, he is also reportedly doubtful for the subsequent three-match ODI series against the same team. The Indian squad for the contest is expected to be announced on November 23, but the hosts might have to find a new captain for the same if Gill is ruled out.

    India on Monday (October 19) rejected an Organisation of Islamic Cooperation’s (OIC) resolution on the situation in Jammu and Kashmir adopted at the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in Baghdad, calling it “malicious, biased and false and orchestrated by Pakistan”.
